This project pushes the boudnary to explore what it really means to design for modern living while respecting the soul of an Edwardian home. 

The approach was personal: to create a space that feels warm and livable every day, while also celebrating design in its purest form. Flexible layouts, natural light, and a sense of flow were the priorities—ensuring the house works as beautifully in daily life as it does when welcoming friends and family. Every corner, every curve has been meticulously crafted to cater to the ever-evolving needs of its inhabitants making this project multi generational.

There are 2 distinct entry points: private and main entry to greet guest; the journey each takes are personalised to create a intended for the indivduals - practically for the occupant and a visual sensation for the guest. With layouts designed to seamlessly adapt to your lifestyle, this home offers a level of versatility that's unmatched. It's a space where form follows function, where every detail serves a purpose...

Situated on a modest 430sqm parcel of land, this modern residential design is a celebration of space and style. With a keen eye for maximizing usable space while maintaining a timeless aesthetic, every aspect of this home has been carefully curated to ensure both beauty and practicality. 

Designed for a young family with 3 active kids, having a properly sized yard was essential. Striking a balance between indoor and outdoor spaces—and bringing the outside in—was key to creating a home that encourages outdoor connection.

In the end, the home is a reflection of both past and future: rooted in heritage, yet reimagined with contemporary clarity. A place where design and life come together seamlessly. Everyone who has experienced this home agrees—big ideas can truly come in small packages.
