we will go through the following; - Who we are, what we do and how we can assist - Our unique and personalised design approach, process, methods and style - How we collaborate / assist with your design brief. - How the building process works and its relationship with your brief. - Understand your initial brief to assist us with providing an accurate fee proposal for your consideration. We cannot offer site specific design advice. Any advice given in this consultation is general. Formal advice are provided when engaging our services.

An in-person consultation can be arranged near our home-based studio in Surrey Hills instead of conducting it online at no additional cost.

Access to our home studio is limited to clients with a current architectural project. Single consultations location to be decided as mutually agreed - please enquire within for a location prior to processing a consultation.

Note that the in person meeting is not conduct on site location.

Call to arrange a meeting venue

SKETCH CONCEPTS

Receive 1 or 2 scaled hand sketched concepts in PDF format as discussed during the consultation.
PDF to be issued within 24-72 hours post consultation.
Sketches will be refined and may be iterated prior to issue.

SITE VISIT

Conduct a visual inspection of the subject property and its neighbouring sites. (20 - 30 mins prior to consultation with attendees)
Conduct a photographic survey of the site and immediate adjoining properties prior to consultation.
Attend meeting on-site (in lieu of virtual meetings)
Applicable to areas within a 15km of Surrey Hills, VIC. Please enquire within for areas outside of 15km
Sydney Metro, availability for late December to early January 2025, enquire within.
