Q&A
Q: How long is the consult?
A: The base consult is 60 mins with an hourly rate of prorated at 10 min intervals in addition to the 60 mins.

Q: Is it online, in person or on site?
A: Our base offering is conducted online, with an optional upgrade to hold the meeting onsite. An in-person consultation can be arranged near our home-based studio in Surrey Hills instead of conducting it online. Access to our home studio is limited to clients currently working on a project. Single consultations location to be decided as mutually agreed - please enquire within.​

Q: Are online consultations as effective as in-person ones?
A: In our view, they can be even more effective! We conduct our online sessions via Teams in collaboration mode, allowing both parties to sketch, annotate, and reference the drawing board in real-time. You can easily take screenshots of marked-up content, and it’s much more convenient to quickly search for examples and precedents online during the discussion.

Q: What happens after the consultation?
A: Our goal is for attendees to leave the consultation feeling more confident in the decisions they need to make and with a clearer, more refined brief. If not already selected, you can upgrade your package to include refined sketches in PDF format. Please let us know within 24 hours after the consultation if you'd like to opt for this.
If you choose to move forward with the architectural project, we'd be happy to provide a fee proposal for your consideration. Should you decide to engage us as your architect, the base consultation fee will be deducted from the Stage A costs.
