We're here to ensure your plans are thoroughly considered from all angles. We'll provide suggestions and feedback as a second opinion, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
You will receive an annotated note / marked up sketch as discussed in the consult overlayed onto the provided plans for you further design thinking.

Form to be submitted within 24 hours of purchasing this service to allow sufficient time to review your objectives. We reserve the right to reschedule if the form is submitted outside this timeframe.

We'll check and advise on the general laws, regulations and building code applicable to your existing design to ensure compliance and feasibility.
We'll assist in identifying potential site constraints through desktop research prior to our meeting and discuss it’s potential impact if any.
breakdown
We will provide a hand sketch mark up / suggestions on your provided plan to ensure our suggestions are conveyed accurately and your comments and visions are received with clarity for the virtual consult.
Real estate, rough concept sketching or CAD drawings will be sufficient.
Time & Place
Conducted virtually on Teams and suitable sites Australia wide.
Virtual consultation is for:
< 200sqm = 30 mins consult
<350sqm = 45 mins consult
≥350 sqm = 60 mins consult
Additional time will be charged at $350/hr + GST, billed in 15-minute intervals.

You will submit your comments on our sketches and markups (provided within 1-3 business days of the consultation) as discussed during the consultation.
Once received, we will make adjustments where possible and provide edited CAD drawings within 5–7 business days.
