We conduct a preparatory desktop research to identify potential planning constraints. We’ll then discuss their possible impact and how to navigate them during our consultation.

To ensure a productive session, please complete and submit our Single Consult Form within 24 hours of booking confirmation. This allows us time to review your materials and prepare for a focused and tailored discussion.

As part of the consultation, we’ll also provide a clear overview of the architectural process, so you leave with both practical insights and a stronger understanding of what lies ahead.

Time & Place

Conducted virtually via Teams for up to 60 minutes. Additional time will be charged at $350/hr + GST, billed in 15-minute intervals.
