Overview of general and critical checks when considering architectural building works to a site for site. Consider this a learning module that will benefit you not just for this consult, but for all future endeavours.
We will also provide a comprehensive understanding of the architectural process relevant to our company and your brief.

We'll advise on the general laws, codes, and regulations applicable to your site ensuring compliance and feasibility.
breakdown
We will provide suggestions with a live drawing board (active for both parties) during the consult to ensure intent and comments are communicated.

We will breakdown the design thinking of a potential massing concept. Optional upgrade to receive refined PDF sketches post the consult.

We'll assist in identifying potential site constraints through publicly available data and/or attendee's provided documents. We will review prior to our meeting and discuss it’s potential impact

To ensure the meeting will be productive, attendee are encourage to fill out our single consult form for our review no later than 24 hours after booking confirmation to allow adequate time to review your comments.
Time & Place
Conducted virtually via Teams for up to 60 minutes. Additional time will be charged at $350/hr + GST, billed in 15-minute intervals.
