This consultation is the perfect guide to uncovering the architectural potential of your prospective property before making the purchase. For projects $1.5m+, please contact us for a quote. +Base Scope ● Architectural Process Overview We'll provide a comprehensive understanding of the architectural process relevant to our company and your brief. Consider this a learning module that will benefit you not just for this consult, but for all future endeavours. ● Virtual Consultation The consultation will be conducted virtually on Teams^ ● Concept Discussion We'll explore potential options during the virtual consultation, allowing for creative brainstorming and decision-making. ● Regulatory Guidance We'll advise on the laws, codes, and regulations applicable to our architectural services, ensuring compliance and feasibility. ● Constraints Identification# We'll assist in identifying potential site constraints and explain it’s potential impact. ● Initial Site Calculations We'll provide initial guidance on site calculations in accordance with the local planning scheme, laying the groundwork for further design development. ● Budget Understanding We'll discuss the initial budget and the approach on how to manage it with our architectural service / stages. ==Add ons== +Sketch Concepts ● Receive 1 or 2 hand-sketched concepts in PDF format as discussed during the consultation. ● Issued within 24-72 hours post-meeting. ● Sketches will be refined and may be iterated prior to issue. +Site Visit* ● Conduct a visual inspection of the subject property and its neighbouring sites. ● Attend meeting on-site (in lieu of virtual meetings) ● Conduct a photographic survey of the site and immediate adjoining properties. ● Applicable to areas within a 15km radius of Surrey Hills, VIC. ● Sydney Metro, availability for early July 2024, enquire within. ==Full Package== ● Includes all services mentioned above: : Base Consult + Sketch Concept/s + Site Visit

Please check above dates for availabilities. ^This consult is for 1 hour only. Time spent beyond the 1 hour consult will be charged $350/hr + GST pro rata at 15 mins intervals. # To assess and provide initial guidance on the selected site, it is important for attendee to provide a current version of the following (if available) to ensure the accuracy of this advice. Contract of Sales of the property, sewer diagrams, title documents, any flood / flight path or noise impact report, previous planning documents. -Due to potential calendar syncing misalignment, time and date may be subject to change. A calendar invite will be sent to your nominated email to finalise booking. If required, we will make contact (via email and phone) to rearrange a timeslot within 24 hours of processing the order. - Existing Structural adequacy should be to accessed by suitable qualified engineer for the existing dwelling and or with the proposed concept design. Concept sketch are preliminary only and not to be relied on for approval and building consent - further detail investigation are required. - Advice provided are detailed yet general as further investigation are required to confirm feasibility of the design. Ideas and concept sketches provided as initial concepts option and are to be workshopped further for authority submission and/or construction purpose. Please seek our feasibility service for further design consideration / planning research. CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Cancellation and rescheduling must be made prior to 24 hours before the consult. 2. Cancellation made within the 24 hours of the consult will incur in a 50% of the consult being refund (less any required processing fees). Full consult fees are non refundable if cancellation are made within 12 hours of consult.
